How evaluation works
You ship a review unit. We run it through a two-week evaluation against a standard workload, score it, and send you a full report - win or lose.
Why we charge an evaluation fee
It filters out products that are not ready, and it funds the testing bench. We only ask once, and we tell you where the money goes.
FAQ
Ordering, shipping, and returns
We ship across Canada and the United States from our Aurora, Ontario warehouse, and internationally on a case-by-case basis. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything in original condition for a full refund. We cover the return shipping on faulty items. Custom-configured machines are covered by our warranty instead.
Yes. Everything carries at least a one-year manufacturer warranty, and our own NexusAI-branded hardware carries a two-year warranty handled directly by our team. Extendable to three years on Business hardware.
Yes. Orders of ten units or more can be configured, branded, and shipped on a schedule. Contact us for a quote on studio, office, or team setups.
Monthly instalments are available on eligible hardware over $499 through our payment partner, subject to approval. Business customers can request net-30 terms.
